Lisa Allen-Agostini is a Trinidadian writer and journalist. She has published a young adult novel, The Chalice Project (2008), and a co-edited volume, Trinidad Noir (Ed. with Jeanne Mason, 2008). Lisa has written extensively for the Trinidad and Tobago Guardian and the Trinidad Express, as well as contributing essays and reviews to The Caribbean Review of Books, Caribbean Beat and others. Her short stories can be found in Wasafiri, SX Salon and other publications. In 2010, she established the Allen Prize for Young Writers. She was short listed for the Hollick Arvon Prize for emerging Caribbean writers in 2013.
