Paul Keens-Douglas is an oral performer and author. Under his own imprint, Keensdee Productions, Paul has published numerous volumes of his work, including: Tim Tim: The Dialect Poetry of Paul Keens-Douglas (1976), Tell Me Again (1979), When Moon Shine (1979), Is Town Say So! Dialect Poetry and Short Stories (1981), Lal shop: Short Stories and Dialect Poetry (1984), Twice Upon A Time: Poetry & Short Stories (1989), TANTI AT DE OVAL: Selected Works of Paul Keens Douglas (1992), and Role Call (1997), and various CDs, LPs, and videos. His awards include: the Humming Bird Silver for Culture (1994), the Zora Neale Hurston award for Folklore, and a 2003 Sunshine Award.
